Dale FoutCEO & Founder
After several years of employment as a certified welder for US Steel, Dale began his marketing/advertising career by accepting a position at Donnelley Yellow Pages. Donnelley was founded in 1886, and provided an extensive training program that educated all sales reps on the entire buying cycle.
Dale learned all of the finer details of directional and creative advertising, which gave him a foundation equal to a bachelor’s and a masters degree in advertising.
Dale was offered a senior position with another company in the late 80’s. After several years he was recruited by a company that is a division of the Hurst Corporation, before finally starting DFW Advertising Consultants in 2002.
Dale has built great relationships over the years with many organizations, from the smallest to the largest. These include Sinclair, the largest TV conglomerate in the US, as well as Cumulus, the largest radio conglomerate, and Google. David Esau, a Google manager, stated and posted on social media that “Dale is an expert in digital advertising”.
Dale believes that ‘no one cares how much we know, until they know how much we care’. Dale understands that everything is about relationships, and together with Barbara, DFW’s office manager, Scott, the Client Relations Manager and Meagan, their CSR, they continue to build great relationships.
Barbara FoutOffice Manager
After graduating from Pecos High School, Barbara attended Odessa College and Sul Ross State University, where she majored in business.
Barbara met Dale while in college, and soon after they were married. They started a family, and after being a wonderful homemaker for several years she used her education and began her career in office administration.
After working in office admin, and multiple positions, that included several years at CANON USA, Barbara was hired by Canon USA as a facilities coordinator assistant in 2010. In 2013 she was promoted to the Director of Facilities.
As DFW Advertising Consultants continued to grow, Barbara’s skills became a great asset. Barbara became the office manager in January of 2020.
Scott StanwixClient Relations Manager
In 1976 Mr. Stanwix attended San Jacinto College in Houston, where he studied Aeronautical Management. Mr. Stanwix and his wife then headed to Dallas, Texas, and Mr. Stanwix took a job in the Communications Research and Development division of JCPenney’s corporate office.
In 1997 Mr. Stanwix helped start a company called Piranha. He began as Human Resource Director and later worked with Piranha’s subsidiary, JJT. JJT specialized in Digital High Resolutions Archival Images.
In 2004 Mr. Stanwix helped start a company called Plantation Litigation Services. Plantation was a litigation support company. As Chief Operations Officer, Mr. Stanwix was responsible for implementing operating policies, procedures, and systems.
2017 Mr. Stanwix started a company called The Center for Strategic Partnerships. This nonprofit company was made up of CEO’s of other like-minded nonprofits working together through life coaching programs to repair and restore human dignity in our world.
Scott now enjoys working as Chief Operations Officer at 12 Stones Financial Services. 12 Stones Financial Services is a financial life coaching company and insurance agency specializing in financial counseling, life insurance, annuities, and investment products. Currently, our Life Coaching radio program is heard monthly on over 200 radio stations across the United States.
Scott is also working at DFW Advertising as their Client Relations Manager. He’s currently responsible for managing client relationships, creating account plans, writing proposals, and developing new markets.
Meagan BrownenClient Relation
Meagan Eba. CSR for a successful major automotive repair shop, with over ten years of combined customer service experience. Her passions include serving her community, gardening and being a loving and devoted wife and mother.
